Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking full time Inside Sales Representative professionals for our client in the Buford, GA area. This is a wonderful opportunity at a well-established client seeking to add dynamic professionals to their call center environment. Full time opportunity in Buford, GA! Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM Pay ranges $20-$25 plus unlimited commission and bonus potential (top performers average $1500+ monthly in commission)

Responsibilities:

Mak e 80-100 outbound calls to manufacturers and distributors per day. Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up on them in a timely manner. Identify potential customers and generate new business relationships. Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

Strong experience in phone sales with at least 1 year of experience Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work well in a team environment and independently. Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industries is a plus. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and driven to succeed. Competitive nature and desire to win.
