Sales Floor Coordinator/Supervisor

REQUIRES

open availability, to include some nights and weekends Must be able to create dazzling displays and manage incoming freight Supervise daily store activities, including sales floor management, inventory control, and customer service excellence Lead, motivate, and train sales associates to achieve individual and team sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer engagement Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional displays to maximize sales opportunities Manage employee scheduling, shift assignments, and payroll processing to ensure optimal staffing levels Conduct interviews, participate in recruiting efforts, and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training for new team members Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and balancing registers at shift end Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks, inventory management systems, and stock replenishment processesQualifications Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong background in sales floor operations Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively across diverse groups; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in bookkeeping, payroll, inventory management, and administrative tasks Demonstrated proficiency in POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and store management software Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Experience with employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management Knowledge of merchandising techniques, marketing strategies, and customer service standards within a retail settingEmbark on a rewarding career where your leadership fuels success! Pay:

$13.00 - $14.50 per hour
