We help customers protect their appliances and avoid costly future repairs through affordable monthly coverage options. We are seeking a driven Sales Representative who enjoys talking to customers, thrives in a performance-based environment, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. Position Overview As a Warranty Sales Representative, you will make outbound warm calls to existing customers and homeowners to offer appliance protection plans. This is a structured sales role with consistent leads, clear performance tiers, and high earning potential for top performers. Compensation Overview Base Pay $10.00 per hour (approx. $20,000 annually) Commission Tiered structure up to 55% commission Commission increases based on number of plans sold per bi-weekly pay period Higher performance = higher commission rate on all sales within that period

Bonus Opportunities Bi-Weekly Performance Bonuses:

30+ plans: $700 bonus 40+ plans: $1,400 bonus 50+ plans: $1,900 bonus

Monthly Bonuses:

60+ plans: $800 80+ plans: $1,500 100+ plans: $2,000 All bonuses are paid through payroll and are in addition to commission earnings. Performance Structure Performance is measured every two-week pay period. Your commission rate is determined by the total number of plans sold during that period, and that rate applies to all sales made in that same period. Tiers are reset each pay period, giving every representative a fresh opportunity to increase earnings.
