This role works closely with our Sales and Finance Manager on sales-related tasks while also supporting ownership with marketing and research projects that help the dealership grow smarter over time. What You'll Do Sales Responsibilities Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process Respond to internet, phone, Facebook Marketplace, and walk-in leads Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Build rapport with customers and provide a professional buying experience Follow up with leads consistently through phone, text, and email Help maintain dealership sales goals and customer satisfaction Create and manage vehicle listings on Facebook Marketplace and online platforms Take photos and videos of inventory for marketing purposes Assist with social media content and dealership promotions Monitor online inquiries and respond quickly to leads Help improve dealership visibility and customer engagement online Maintain accurate inventory descriptions and pricing online Requirements Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a strong plus Ability to work in-person at the dealership Background check may be required depending on responsibilities Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay + sales commission Extra bonus added to each paycheck based on performance Company vehicle provided Opportunity for increased responsibility, pay, and hours as the dealership grows
