This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking and sales abilities who thrive in a performance-based environment with unlimited earning potential. This is a 100% commission-only role, meaning compensation is directly tied to closed and collected projects. Key Responsibilities Generate new residential and commercial leads through networking, referrals, door-to-door prospecting, digital outreach, and relationship building. Meet with homeowners and property owners to discuss project needs. Present company services and educate clients on project options. Build trust and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process. Prepare and submit estimates, proposals, and service agreements. Follow up on leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts. Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure smooth handoff after project approval. Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Represent the company professionally and ethically.
