- 5:00pm 【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time Responsibilities Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Conduct customer visits, present products and solutions, and educate customers on product benefits and applications. Research market trends and implement effective sales strategies to grow business in the assigned region. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments, including purchasing, warehouse, and accounting, to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and payment collection. Maintain customer records and update sales orders in the company database. Travel as needed to meet with customers and support business development activities. Participate in sales meetings, inventory counts, and company events as required. Safely operate a company vehicle in accordance with company policies. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements Business-level proficiency in both English and Chinese is required. Minimum 2 years of sales, food industry, or related experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips as needed. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems (especially Microsoft Business Central) is preferred. Knowledge of Japanese food products and the food service industry is highly desirable. Physical & Work Environment Ability to travel extensively and drive for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Combination of office-based work and field sales activities, with approximately 50% of time spent visiting customers, restaurants, distributors, and other business partners. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying workloads and schedules.
