What You'll Do:

As a Sales & Member Experience Associate, you'll play a huge role in creating the energy and experience our members love.

Responsibilities include:

Building relationships with new and existing members Executing the sales process from lead generation to membership close Following up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment Conducting studio tours and helping prospective members find the best membership option for their goals Meeting and exceeding sales goals Assisting with studio events, community outreach, and promotions Supporting social media content creation and studio engagement Maintaining studio cleanliness and organization according to brand standards Assisting with retail sales and overall studio operations Contributing to a positive, motivating team environment every single day This role is perfect for someone who: Loves fitness, people, and positive energy Has sales and customer service experience Is outgoing, confident, and personable Works hard and takes initiative Can multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Enjoys building genuine relationships Is dependable and team-oriented Wants opportunities to grow within a company Boutique fitness experience is a plus but personality, attitude, and hustle matter most.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred Comfortable working with sales goals and performance expectations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable transportation required Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems (ClubReady experience is a plus) Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods throughout shifts
