Outside Sales Representative

$150,000 - $300,000 Job Summary TDH Garage And Repairs is looking for motivated and energetic Outdoor Sales Representatives to help grow our business throughout Georgia. This Position involves meeting homeowners and property managers, generating leads, inspecting garage for systems, educating customers on repairs and replacing options, and closing sales. This is a commission-based 1099 position with unlimited earning potential. Training, sales support, and company-generated opportunities may be provided. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, enjoys working outdoors, and is driven by performance-based income. Responsibilities Generate new business through door-to-door marketing, networking, referrals, and community outreach Leads provided daily (no cold calling - we've got appointments booked also!) Meet with homeowners and property managers to discuss garage door repair and replacement solutions Perform basic garage dor inspections and identify customer needs Present repair and replacement options to customers Build and maintain relationships with customers Follow up on leads and estimates Maintain accurate customer information and sales records Represent TDH Garage And Repairs professionally at all times Work independently while meeting weekly sales goals Assist in growing company presence within assigned territories Qualifications Sales experience preferred (1-2 years) Customer service experience preferred (1-2 years) Mechanical aptitude preferred Garage door experience is a plus but not required Strong communication and people skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Reliable transportation required Valid driver's license required Smartphone required for customers communication and scheduling Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Compensation 1099 Position Commission-Based Pay Uncapped Earnings Top performers can earn $80,000 - $200,000+ annually Bonuses are available Why Join TDH Garage And Repairs?
