Automotive Sales Consultant

Troncalli Subaru is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team in a high-traffic, family-owned dealership celebrating 75 years in business! Subaru customers are among the most loyal in the industry; creating strong repeat and referral opportunities for motivated sales professionals. What You'll Do Guide customers through the vehicle buying process from initial contact to delivery. Build strong relationships through follow-up, referrals, and repeat business. Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle solutions. Maintain consistent communication using CRM tools and phone outreach. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and market trends. What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of automotive sales experience (preferred, but not required for the right candidate). Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-driven mindset. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license and at least 21 years of age.
