Sales Representative Commercial Roofing Commission Based

We are Seal Top Roof Management, a certified commercial roofing contractor based in Atlanta. We hold certifications from multiple manufacturers including Duro-Last, and we specialize in commercial roofing, coatings, repairs, and storm restoration. We are growing and looking for a self-motivated sales representative who wants to earn based on results — not on hours. This is a commission-only role. If you are hungry, you will make great money.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prospect and visit property managers, facilities managers, and building owners in the Atlanta area Present our services and manufacturer certifications Schedule roof inspections and follow up on proposals Work closely with our team to convert opportunities into signed contracts

WHAT WE OFFER 6

% to 10% commission depending on contract size Quarterly performance bonuses up to $12,000 Flexible schedule — you manage your own time Strong back-office support: proposals, bids, and project management handled by the team Real earning potential — commercial roofing contracts range from $15,000 to $300,000+ Commission paid in line with client payments — you get paid as the company gets paid

Based in Atlanta with reliable transportation Sales experience in construction, roofing, real estate, or property services preferred Self-starter who does not need constant supervision Professional, organized, and consistent with follow-up Someone who sees commission-only as an opportunity, not a risk
