What You'll Do Follow our provided sales methods and scripts to guide customers through the buying process Call and text leads consistently. Assist walk-ins, phone inquiries, and online leads with professionalism and care. Educate customers on building types, customization options, pricing, and delivery timelines Use our digital quoting tools and sales CRM HubSpot Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate records Be a team player What We're Looking For Lead management/ HubSpot experience Organized and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail Willing to learn and apply our sales systems Positive attitude, eager to grow personally and professionally. ( Be coachable) Strong written and verbal communication skills Able to work Monday-Saturday Aligned with our family-oriented, Christian company values Comfortable with basic computer technologies , Phone system, HubSpot CRM What We Offer
