Salary Plus Commission!!!!!!!!!!!! Weekly Pay Great Company Temp to Hire We are actively seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional client support, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent phone etiquette, and demonstrate a proactive approach to client engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide product information, and promote services Process orders accurately through data entry into the company's CRM and sales systems Follow up on leads and outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities Support clients with account management, including billing questions and service issues Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when necessary Demonstrate professional call etiquette while managing high-volume inbound and outbound calls Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns promptly and efficiently Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, update client information, and document interactions Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets and delivering excellent customer service Experience The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer support environment, preferably within inside sales or client services. Prior experience in a bilingual setting is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications. Experience with data entry, cash handling, outbound calling, and analysis skills will be considered advantageous. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and call center protocols is preferred.
Qualifications:
