Job Summary Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and sales success. In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, engaging with diverse clients to understand their needs, showcase our vehicle inventory, and guide them through the sales process. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will help build lasting relationships, ensuring customers leave with a smile and a vehicle that fits their lifestyle. This paid position offers a vibrant environment for motivated individuals eager to excel in high-end automotive sales. Duties Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer preferences. Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects using CRM software and following up consistently. Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer value. Maintain accurate inventory management records and assist with inventory control to ensure vehicle availability aligns with demand. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, offering expert advice, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail automotive sales with dealership exposure preferred. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and public speaking abilities to influence and persuade effectively. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better. Proficiency in CRM software for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Demonstrated ability in high-end sales environments with a focus on luxury or premium vehicles. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously within a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of automotive inventory management, marketing strategies, retail math, and retail sales techniques. Outstanding phone etiquette and outbound sales skills to connect with prospects professionally and confidently.
