Outside Sales Representative

Artisan Roofing & Construction is growing; we're looking for a 3-5 motivated individuals who want an opportunity to build something bigger than a paycheck. We're not looking for experienced roofers. We're looking for competitive, hardworking people who are willing to learn, take coaching, and put in the work required to build a successful career. What You'll Do:

As a Roofing Project Manager you'll learn how to: Inspect residential/commercial roofs Identify storm-related damage Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options Navigate the insurance restoration process Manage roofing projects from start to finish Build relationships with homeowners Generate and close new business No roofing experience is required. We'll teach you everything you need to know.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential. Commission split starts at 10/50/50 split per roof.

Monthly Performance Bonuses:

5 roofs sold: $500 bonus 7 roofs sold: $1,000 bonus

Annual Revenue Bonuses:

$100,000 sold: $500 bonus $250,000 sold: $3,000 bonus $500,000 sold: $8,000 bonus $1,000,000+ sold: $20,000 bonus Successful Project Managers have the potential to earn six figures and beyond.
