Sales Center Coordinator

Community Sales Concierge / Model Home Host KM Homes is seeking a professional, outgoing, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Community Sales Concierge. This position will be based onsite at one of our model homes and will play an important role in creating a welcoming and informative experience for prospective homebuyers visiting the community. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a polished and professional presence, and a desire to learn about the new construction home industry. This individual will assist with greeting guests, registering visitors, providing community information, and supporting the onsite sales team with daily operations. Responsibilities Welcome and register prospective buyers visiting the model home and community Assist guests with general information regarding available homes, floorplans, features, and community amenities Coordinate with the onsite sales agent to ensure proper follow-up and customer communication Schedule appointments, model tours, and community visits Help maintain the appearance and presentation of the model home and sales center Manage incoming buyer traffic and collect accurate customer contact information Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks within the community Provide a positive, professional, and hospitable experience for all visitors Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and communication skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Comfortable interacting with prospective buyers and the public Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and phone skills Real estate, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Interest in real estate or new home construction preferred What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is personable, dependable, and eager to grow within the homebuilding industry.
