We are rapidly growing and looking for charismatic, energetic, and highly motivated individuals to join our elite team of in-store Lead Generators. Do you love talking to new people? Position Overview As an Appointment Setter / Lead Generator, you are the face of Absolute Climate Control inside The Home Depot. You'll engage customers in the store, assess their heating and air conditioning needs, and offer them a no-obligation free estimate with our HVAC specialists.

Your job is simple:

Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Proactively engage customers in-store, build rapport quickly, and identify potential HVAC needs. Lead Qualification & Appointment Setting Educate customers on our heating and cooling services and schedule free in-home estimates. Brand Representation Represent Absolute Climate Control and The Home Depot with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity. Collaboration Work alongside Home Depot staff to maintain strong relationships and maximize opportunity within the store. CRM & Reporting Submit leads in real time using your smartphone and maintain accurate records in our system. Performance Focus Track your results. Beat your numbers. Earn more. Repeat.
