Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Salesperson to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth through effective outside sales strategies. Area of sales include residential new build and remodeling, with a focus on spray foam insulation, drywall installation and crawlspace encapsulation. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage a robust sales pipeline will be key to your success. This position offers a vibrant environment where your passion for sales and customer engagement can truly shine, helping us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Develop and execute outside sales strategies to attract new clients and expand existing accounts within the construction industry (specifically for Insulation & Drywall). Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads through outbound sales efforts. Conduct engaging negotiations to close high-end deals that meet client needs. Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to job completion, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Utilize job quoting software to offer timely and accurate quotes to customers. Upsell additional products or services during the sales cycle to maximize revenue opportunities. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support outbound sales initiatives and increase brand awareness. Communicate with office staff on customer expectations, job completion and job payment collection. Skills Proven experience in outside construction sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse client bases effectively. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and a dynamic sales pipeline efficiently. Proficiency in quoting software and math for accurate job measurement and customer pricing. Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to build rapport with clients. Ability to perform math calculations accurately for pricing strategies, job measuring, estimates and quotes. Demonstrated customer service excellence combined with effective marketing knowledge to support selling efforts. This sales position offers a base salary + commission based on sales.

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
