Perigon Legal Services, LLC Position Overview Perigon Legal is seeking a high-performing Client Advisor to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients. This role is responsible for guiding individuals and families through the initial stages of engaging our firm, ensuring a seamless, professional, and trust-centered experience from the first interaction. This is not a transactional sales role. It is a consultative, relationship-driven position focused on understanding client needs, educating them on their options, and helping them confidently engage our firm's services in Probate and estate planning. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients (in person, phone, or virtual) Identify client needs and recommend appropriate legal services and engagement structures Clearly communicate the firm's value, process, and pricing with confidence and professionalism Convert qualified leads into retained clients while maintaining a high standard of integrity and service Manage and track leads through the firm's CRM system Coordinate with attorneys and staff to ensure a smooth onboarding process Follow up with prospective clients to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates Maintain a high level of responsiveness, organization, and attention to detail Performance Metrics Conversion rate from consultation to retained client Revenue generated from new client engagements Speed to contact and follow-up effectiveness Client satisfaction during onboarding Qualifications Proven experience in sales, client advisory, or consultative service roles ( Legal Services or professional services preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to build trust quickly and handle sensitive personal and financial discussions High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism Organized and comfortable working within CRM systems Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Preferred Experience Experience in legal, financial services, real estate, or high-trust advisory environments Familiarity with probate or estate planning concepts (strongly preferred but not required
