In this Lead Generation Specialist role, your day begins with energy and purpose. You'll answer incoming calls with confidence, creating a strong first impression for every potential customer. As you transition into outbound calling, you'll spark new opportunities-connecting with homeowners, generating interest, and scheduling appointments that fuel the company's success. Throughout the day, you'll manage leads within the CRM, keeping everything accurate and organized while maintaining momentum. Every conversation you have plays a part in building relationships, driving growth, and positioning you as a vital contributor to the team. This is a full-time position with two schedule options: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday ALL ABOUT US
