Customer Service Representative (Inside Sales) LaGrange, GA Compensation & Schedule $55K-$60K base salary Up to 25% annual team bonus

Hybrid:

3 days in office / 2 days remote Overview Join a fast-paced inside sales team supporting customers and driving revenue growth. You'll work closely with outside sales, manage customer relationships, and help convert quotes into orders. What You'll Do Partner with outside sales to generate and close orders Proactively follow up on quotes and customer inquiries Enter and manage orders in the system Maintain accurate CRM records and customer data Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support Handle customer complaints, returns, and adjustments Assist with accounts receivable issues Prepare cost estimates and follow through on requests What You Bring Strong communication (phone + email) Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building skills Problem-solving and analytical ability High attention to detail Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Resilience in a sales-driven environment Experience 2+ years in inside sales or customer service (industrial parts preferred) Bachelor's degree preferred Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Success Metrics Sales targets and performance goals set by manager Why You'll Like It Fast-paced, team-oriented environment High visibility role with direct impact on sales Opportunity to grow within inside sales
