GLASSTINT GLASSTINT
is a premium automotive window film brand expanding in the U.S. market. We supply professional-grade window films to window tint shops, automotive businesses, car dealerships, showrooms, detailing shops, PPF and wrap companies, and other automotive aftermarket partners. Our focus is product quality, consistency, long-term dealer relationships, and brand growth. We are looking for a motivated person who wants to grow with an early-stage U.S. automotive aftermarket brand and help build real dealer accounts. Position Overview This is a full-time, in-person position based in Lawrenceville, Georgia. This is not a remote position. This is not a desk-only position. This is also not a pure outside sales role where you only drive around and visit shops. This position includes inside sales, dealer development, online outreach, community-based marketing, local business visits, follow-up, and customer account growth. The right candidate should be comfortable working in the office, contacting businesses, following up consistently, using online tools, participating in relevant automotive communities, and visiting shops when needed. This role is based on a full-time, 40-hour-per-week schedule, Monday through Friday. Some weeks may be mostly office-based. Other weeks may include local or regional field activity depending on the sales plan. What You Will Do- Research potential dealers and automotive-related businesses
- Contact window tint shops, car dealerships, showrooms, detailing shops, PPF and wrap companies, and other automotive businesses
- Introduce the
GLASSTINT
brand and explain our window film products- Follow up with prospects by phone, text, email, and online messages
- Use Google Maps, Facebook groups, automotive communities, websites, social media, and online research tools to find new business opportunities
- Support community-based online outreach in areas related to cars, window tinting, detailing, PPF, wrapping, dealerships, and showrooms
- Help identify online conversations, groups, and business communities where

can build brand awareness and dealer relationships- Support new dealer registration, sample requests, first orders, and reorder activity
- Visit local or nearby businesses when needed to build relationships and deliver brochures, samples, and sales materials
- Record accurate notes, follow-up schedules, and account activity in the company system
- Support the growth of assigned dealer accounts through consistent communication and follow-up
- Help build long-term dealer relationships, not just one-time sales Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is professional, motivated, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable communicating with business owners.
- Have experience in automotive sales, dealerships, detailing, window tinting, PPF, wrapping, automotive accessories, BDC, parts, service advising, field marketing, community outreach, appointment setting, or B2B sales
- Are comfortable starting conversations with business owners
- Are willing to make outbound calls and send follow-up messages
- Can work in the office and visit businesses when needed
- Are organized enough to track prospects, notes, and follow-up activity
- Are comfortable using email, spreadsheets, Google Maps, online search, and CRM systems
- Are willing to learn technical product details
- Are interested in long-term customer relationship growth, not just short-term selling
- Have a proactive work style and enjoy both online and offline business development
- Can speak Spanish as a second language, which is helpful but not required This Role May Not Be a
