ABOUT THE ROLE
Topgun Roofing & Restoration is hiring Outside Sales Representatives to work in the Lawrenceville / Northeast Georgia area . This is a field-based outside sales opportunity for motivated, coachable, competitive sales professionals who are comfortable speaking with homeowners, creating sales opportunities, building trust, and helping customers move forward with roofing and restoration projects . This role is designed for people who want a serious opportunity in outside sales , are willing to work in the field, and are motivated by performance-based income . WHAT YOU'LL DO
As an Outside Sales Representative , you will work in the field, speak directly with homeowners, identify roofing and restoration opportunities , follow up with prospects, and help qualified homeowners understand their project options. You will be responsible for building relationships, creating opportunities, following the company's sales process, and helping move approved roofing and restoration projects forward. Responsibilities include:
Speak directly with homeowners in the Lawrenceville / Northeast Georgia area Generate roofing and restoration sales opportunities Canvas neighborhoods and identify potential project opportunities Set appointments and follow up with interested homeowners Meet with homeowners to review roofing and restoration needs Present Topgun Roofing & Restoration services in a professional and consultative way Help homeowners understand project options, next steps, and timelines Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers Work with the internal team to move approved projects forward Maintain accurate notes, updates, and sales activity Represent the company with professionalism, honesty, and strong customer service COMPENSATION
This is a performance-based sales opportunity with income potential based on individual production. Representatives earn based on completed roofing and restoration projects. Actual earnings depend on sales activity, approved project volume, project completion, and overall production . This role uses a 10-60-40 profit split structure , with 60% to the representative , 40% to the company , and 10% overhead .
