Entry-Level Sales Opportunity | Lawrenceville, GA (ATL) |
MUST BE OPEN TO FUTURE RELOCATION
Looking to break into sales but keep running into the same problem: "Must have 3+ years of sales experience" ? We are seeking a motivated, career-driven Sales Coordinator / Sales Rep Trainee to join a growing team in the modular building and construction industry. This role is designed as a direct growth path into an outside Sales Representative position with strong long-term earning potential and career advancement opportunities. You'll start out in the Lawrenceville, GA branch, working closely with the Branch Manager and experienced Sales Reps while learning the business from the ground up. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to step into a full Sales Rep role at one of the company's branches across the country. What You'll Be Doing 40% Sales / Account Management Support Sales Representatives with customer relationships and account management Learn how to generate and qualify leads Assist with rental, lease, and sales opportunities Shadow experienced Sales Reps and Branch Leadership Follow up with customers and provide excellent customer service Learn consultative sales techniques and relationship-building skills 60% Sales Support / Data Coordination Maintain and update customer and sales data Assist with quotes, proposals, and order tracking Create and update floor plans using company software Help create marketing materials and sales flyers Support reporting, CRM upkeep, and sales activity tracking What They're Looking For Bachelor's Degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or similar fields are great fits) Strong communication and organizational skills Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Customer-service mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and learning new systems/software Someone who wants to build a long-term career in sales No prior sales experience required.
VERY Important:
Relocation Requirement This role starts in Lawrenceville, GA , but this training program is designed to prepare someone for a future Sales Rep opening at another branch location. Candidates must be open to relocating in approximately 6-12 months (timeline may vary) in order to step into a full Sales Representative role. The company allows flexibility to wait for preferred locations when possible, but long-term relocation openness is required for growth in the program.
