HIRING FOR

Business Development Representative (BDR) Fast paced customer care center seeking strong team member to support our customers' service needs for all 15 of our dealerships. BDR responsibilities include taking incoming phone calls, texts and emails; setting appointments for service customers; outbound calls confirming set appointments; contacting special-order parts customers; making service due- and reminder contacts, and much more!! A positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, kindness, working well with others, excellent customer service, and patience are a must! Butler Automotive Group is a family business in Middle Georgia for over 50 years with 15 automotive dealerships and three collision centers..
