We are looking for a dependable Local CDL Route Driver to manage established delivery routes and provide outstanding service to our customers. This position offers steady routes, consistent hours, daily home time, and the opportunity to increase earnings through commission. What We Offer Approximate annual earnings of $55,000 (base pay + commission) Weekly base pay plus commission on route sales Biweekly pay schedule Health, dental, and vision insurance Matching 401(k) retirement plan Company-paid $50,000 Life & AD&D Insurance Paid time off Paid training Established routes with loyal customers Stable, family-oriented work environment Key Responsibilities Deliver ice cream and frozen products on assigned local routes Load and unload products at customer locations Build and maintain strong customer relationships Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries Collect and reconcile payments and invoices when needed Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truck Keep accurate route logs, sales records, and expense reports Follow all DOT regulations and company safety standards Qualifications Valid Class B CDL with a clean driving record ( 3-year MVR required ) Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Card Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route efficiently Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious Flexibility to work occasional weekends or seasonal peak periods Apply Today If you're looking for a stable driving position with steady local routes, consistent income, and daily home time , we'd like to hear from you.
