Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Associate/Team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong desire to drive sales and motivate others. Duties Greet customers warmly, assist with product selection, and provide expert advice to enhance their shopping experience Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies Lead and supervise team members, providing training & development to foster a high-performing sales environment Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and cashiering duties accurately and efficiently Coordinate purchasing activities, manage stock levels, and ensure proper inventory management practices are followed Conduct employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting efforts to build a strong team Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and promote ongoing sales campaigns Qualifications Proven experience in retail sales with supervisory or team management responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and communication to effectively engage with diverse clientele Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for connecting with a broader customer base Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and retail math principles Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising staff, training new employees, and managing shift operations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management best practices Experience in recruiting, employee orientation, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and budgeting is advantageous Exceptional time management skills combined with strong organizational abilities to oversee multiple store functions seamlessly Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding retail experiences while advancing your leadership career!
