We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant who can effectively communicate with both English- and Spanish-speaking customers. If you enjoy building relationships, helping people, and earning unlimited commissions, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in both English and Spanish. Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs and budget. Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles. Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and protection plans. Follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and social media. Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Participate in dealership promotions, sales events, and community outreach activities. Stay current on vehicle inventory, pricing, and manufacturer incentives. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Basic computer and CRM skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
