Established in 1994 as Select Luxury Cars, the dealership brings 30 years of expertise in buying, selling, and maintaining luxury and exotic vehicles. Known for providing a premium customer experience, Alfa Romeo of Marietta continues to uphold a tradition of excellence, making it a leading name in the automotive industry. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Executive role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Client Executive will be responsible for engaging customers, understanding their automotive needs, and delivering a tailored experience. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, presenting our luxury and exotic vehicle lineup, and guiding customers through the sales process to ensure satisfaction. Additional duties include maintaining a keen understanding of automotive inventory and market trends, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service in alignment with the company's standards of excellence.

Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment. Candidates should have a proven record in client experience, customer service, sales, administrative organization or pipeline management, or any mixture of these. This is a rewarding position in a growing company and growth opportunities will be presented to those who demonstrate process-driven success. Day to Day Answer inbound phone calls and gather relative client information to expedite the sales process Respond to and proactively manage warm leads through the CRM Effectively maintain your book of business and ensure notes are accurately maintained Utilize technology to deliver a seamless remote selling experience Present sales figures and/or financing decisions to clients to sell vehicles and back-end F&I products Prospect service department sell-through opportunities Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Clean Driving Record Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales Knowledge of the automotive industry a major plus Prior experience in high-line auto sales a plus but not a requirement The Right Candidate... The right candidate for this role will be a motivated self-starter with a passion for developing and nurturing relationships while facilitating their movement through the sales process. They will demonstrate great organization skills and proactive follow-up. This role requires a level of self-sufficiency that cannot be taught. The right candidate will own their pipeline and their leads and have an innate desire to WIN . Prior auto sales experience is not required for a candidate who can show a desire to learn and commit to the sales process. The Schedule and Benefits Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 11am-4pm. Closed Sundays. Paid Time Off Monthly Healthcare Reimbursement Uncapped Commissions Small, Family-Oriented team with shared goals
