Marietta, GA (Office-Based) Company Overview Veridian Plumbing and Infrastructure Group Inc. is a certified installer of advanced OBIC protective coating and rehabilitation systems, serving Alabama, Georgia, and Florida. We specialize in trenchless rehabilitation and corrosion protection for wastewater infrastructure, including manholes, lift stations, wet wells, treatment facilities, and large-diameter structures. Our team utilizes industry-leading rehabilitation technologies including the OBIC Armor System (OBIC 1000 / 1306) and
OBIC 5000
structural lining systems designed for long-term corrosion resistance, infiltration control, and structural rehabilitation in aggressive wastewater environments. Position Summary This is an office-based position located in Marietta, Georgia. We are seeking a motivated Estimator / Inside Sales Representative to support our growing infrastructure rehabilitation division. This role is responsible for evaluating project opportunities, preparing accurate estimates, developing proposals, and supporting business development efforts across our service region. This role will focus heavily on municipal wastewater rehabilitation projects, including : Manhole Rehabilitation Lift station and wet well rehabilitation Wastewater treatment structure rehabilitation Protective coating systems Structural lining systems Culvert rehabilitation (48" diameter and larger) Infiltration and corrosion mitigation projects Leads and project opportunities will originate from: ConstructConnect Vendor Registry Municipal procurement platforms Existing Veridian sales staff Engineering firms Direct municipal relationships Piggyback contract opportunities Key Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and develop cost estimates Prepare proposals and bid submissions Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers Track and manage project opportunities through CRM and bidding platforms Collaborate with internal teams, municipalities, engineers, and contractors Support sales efforts, client outreach, and relationship development Qualifications Experience in estimating, construction, or infrastructure-related sales preferred Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating tools Experience with municipal bidding platforms is a plus Wastewater, utility, or trenchless rehabilitation experience highly preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based incentives Career advancement opportunities Training and manufacturer support Location and Travel Based in Marietta, GA, with limited travel throughout
