Responsibilities of Japanese /
English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative:
Receive, review, and scan documents related to assigned accounts Prepare and process shipping instructions and delivery receipts, including delivery schedule management Handle order processing in the internal system and upload shipping information into the system Maintain accurate and consistent data in the business system database Set up shipment orders Prepare invoices Respond to customers and suppliers in the event of issues or defects Handle urgent orders Prepare quotations Manage pricing on a weekly basis Perform other related duties as required Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual Inside Sales Representative At least 3 years of Inside Sales / Sales Coordinator / Sales Assistant experience Fluent in Japanese and English (Speaking / Reading / Writing) Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 10 pounds, lift in excess of 10 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
