Pay Structure:

Uncapped commissions + performance bonuses Average annual earnings up to $95,000 - $100,000, top performers can make up to $150,000+ annually

No cold calling, focus on connecting with homeowners, demonstrating products, and closing with confidence. What you bring Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills. Positive, competitive, goal driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed. Availability during listed hours; reliable, team focused collaborator.
