- Outside Sales Consultant Precision Heating & Air | Dallas, GA Are you a driven, people-first sales professional looking for a company that actually feels like home? Precision Heating & Air is a locally owned and operated HVAC company (no private equity here!) with a fun, family-like culture where we work hard and enjoy doing it. We're growing and looking for a motivated Outside Sales Consultant to join our residential sales team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run in-home sales appointments for residential HVAC add-on and replacement systems Work a combination of tech-generated leads, marketed leads, and self-generated leads Build relationships with homeowners and deliver an ultimate customer experiences Represent Precision with professionalism and integrity
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Draw against commission pay structure with strong earning potential Company vehicle provided iPad and cell phone provided Medical, dental, and vision insurance available
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must be local to the Metro area Proven track record in in-home or residential sales (required) HVAC experience is a plus but not required - we can teach the product, not the hustles Willingness to run appointments evenings and weekends Clean driving record and background check required
