April 10, 2026 Overview Alpine Roofing & Restoration is expanding in the Marietta market and hiring 5 motivated sales representatives to join our storm restoration team. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for competitive individuals who want to build a six-figure income. This role is not for everyone. We are looking for individuals who thrive in competitive environments and want full control over their income and growth.

Compensation Average:

$2,000 per deal Typical rep (once ramped): $8,000-$10,000/month Annual potential: $100K+ No cap on earnings We also provide structured performance-based bonuses in your first 90 days to help you build momentum while learning the system. Top performers have access to additional incentives, including truck bonuses and monthly allowances . Responsibilities Canvassing storm-affected neighborhoods Running roof inspections (training provided) Signing contingency agreements with homeowners Educating homeowners on the insurance restoration process Managing projects from inspection through completion Storm work is currently active in the Marietta market . Requirements:
