This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building client relationships, process improvement, taking action from insights, and is energized to support a sales team to operate efficiently and close deals effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing lead and deal workflows, optimizing the CRM system, creating reports and dashboards, communicating with clients, and supporting the sales team with asset creation and operational & process-related initiatives. This is a key role in ensuring our sales process is organized and scalable as the business grows. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Process & CRM Management Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM, including pipelines, lead assignments, and workflows. Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all sales and customer records. Define and document standard sales processes, including lead qualification, follow-up, and deal progression. Implement automation, notifications, and reminders to support the sales team. 2. Lead & Deal Management Ensure timely assignment and follow-up of leads across the sales team Track deals through the pipeline, identifying bottlenecks and strategies to close deals. Assist the sales team in preparing for client meetings, demos, and proposals. Collaborate with sales leadership to identify trends and forecast sales performance. 3. Reporting & Analytics Build, maintain, and distribute sales dashboards and performance reports. Track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to inform sales strategy. Identify areas for process optimization and provide actionable insights based on data. 4. Sales Support & Enablement Assist with sales presentations, proposals, and customer communications. Coordinate and schedule sales appointments, follow-ups, and meetings. Support marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events. Support with the execution of the weekly sales meetings. 5. Trade Show & Event Coordination Coordinate logistics for customer-facing events. Attend select trade shows to support on-site operations, manage materials, and assist the sales team. Some travel and weekend work will be required for trade shows. Track leads and follow-up actions generated from event activity and ensure seamless integration into CRM workflows. 6. Process Improvement & Operational Support Identify and implement improvements to sales workflows, lead management, and reporting processes. Recommend and implement tools or systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Support ad hoc operational tasks and special projects from the Leadership. Skills + Experience Required 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales coordination. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain processes related to lead management, deal workflows, or sales activity tracking. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong analytical skills with experience creating reports, dashboards, and metrics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to apply critical thinking, resourcefulness and adaptability when problem solving Self-starter with the ability to be proactive and work independently and collaboratively. Demonstrated project management capabilities Preferred Experience in a medical device or healthcare-related industry. Familiarity with sales enablement tools, automation, or workflow optimization.
