We're growing fast and looking for a skilled and motivated Used Car Salesperson to join our team. If you're confident on the phone, great with people, and have a passion for closing deals, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively generate leads through cold calling , referrals, and follow-ups Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits to potential customers Handle negotiations with professionalism and transparency to close deals Accurately complete all sales paperwork and contracts Keep detailed notes and follow-ups within the dealership CRM systems Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and current promotions
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in auto sales or a similar customer-facing sales role Proven ability to cold call and convert leads into customers Strong negotiation skills with a customer-first attitude Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with dealer management systems such as: Frazer DealerCenter Dealertrack Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Prior experience working in an independent used car dealership Knowledge of subprime financing options
