Roofing Sales Specialist - Direct Hire McDonough, GA Are you a motivated sales professional with roofing industry experience and a passion for building relationships and closing deals? We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Specialist to join a growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity offering unlimited earning potential through a commission-based structure. The ideal candidate is driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Generate and develop new business opportunities through outside sales efforts Conduct roof inspections and evaluate customer needs Build and maintain strong customer relationships from initial contact through project completion Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities Deliver excellent customer service to support client satisfaction and retention Perform door-to-door prospecting and community outreach as needed Manage customer communication, proposals, and sales activity through CRM platforms and email Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities Follow all safety guidelines while inspecting and accessing roofs Qualifications Previous sales experience required, preferably in roofing, gutters, or construction-related industries Strong outside sales background with proven closing ability Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs safely Valid Driver's License required Self-starter with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Computer savvy with experience using CRM systems, email, and proposal generation tools Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Position Details Direct Hire Opportunity 100% Commission-Based Compensation 1099 Independent Contractor Openings Available Growth and advancement opportunities for high performers If you are ready to take control of your income and build a successful career in roofing sales, apply today!
