We provide high-quality, building code-approved products along with installation and fabrication services tailored for the needs of apartment complexes and other large-scale projects. Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Regional Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts across designated territories. Your proactive approach to outside sales, combined with your expertise in B2B sales and territory management, will help us expand our reach and strengthen our market presence. Duties Cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales efforts within assigned territories Manage and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, product demos, and upselling opportunities Develop strategic sales plans to target key markets such as apartments, commercial developments, and construction projects Conduct territory management activities including market analysis, competitor research, and territory planning to maximize sales potential Present product solutions effectively through technical sales presentations and product demonstrations Utilize CRM software like Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining company profitability Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or business development within a B2B environment, preferably in construction materials or related industries Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account oversight independently Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar tools for lead tracking and analysis Ability to conduct product demos effectively and perform technical sales presentations Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and direct sales strategies Analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans Join us as a Regional Sales Representative where your energy fuels growth! Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
