• Roofing (Commission-Based) Ironclad Roofing is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our growing Outside Sales Team.

This is a commission-based opportunity with high earning potential, a flexible schedule, and ongoing training for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential roof inspections
• Generate and present detailed estimates to customers
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims throughout the process
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Prospect for new business through door-to-door outreach, social media, and networking
• Conduct canvassing and cold calling to build your pipeline

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous sales experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation required

Compensation:

• Commission only (high earning potential based on performance)
