About RDM Industrial Electronics RDM Industrial Electronics is a family-owned leader in the petroleum and convenience store equipment industry. Since 1988, we have provided new and remanufactured electronic equipment, technical expertise, and exceptional customer service to customers across the United States. With six locations nationwide and approximately 160 employees, we continue to grow while maintaining the values and culture that have made us successful for more than 38 years. Position Summary RDM is excited to launch a new branch location and is seeking an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our founding team. This is a unique opportunity to help establish and grow a new operation while working closely with a small, collaborative team of 3-5 employees. This role combines inside sales, customer service, shipping and receiving, inventory management, and branch support responsibilities. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, adaptable, and enjoys wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. As one of the first employees at this location, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on branch operations, customer relationships, and future growth. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person Process customer orders, quotes, and inquiries accurately and efficiently Build and maintain strong customer relationships Support inside sales efforts and identify opportunities to grow business Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming inventory Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Assist with inventory management and cycle counts Help establish and maintain warehouse organization and branch processes Support the initial setup and ongoing growth of the branch location Collaborate closely with team members and other RDM locations Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Maintain accurate records and documentation Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, order processing, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative Comfortable working in a small team environment where responsibilities may vary day to day Strong organizational and multitasking skills Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Why Join RDM? $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
