We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who are eager to develop leadership skills and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As an Entry-Level Team Lead, you'll learn the ins and outs of our customer acquisition and leadership strategies while helping drive results for AT&T Fiber.
Responsibilities include:
Engage directly with potential customers and educate them about AT&T Fiber services Build positive relationships through professional and friendly interactions Support daily team operations and assist with campaign execution Learn leadership, coaching, and team development techniques Help motivate team members to achieve performance goals Track progress, report results, and contribute to team success Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs What We're Looking For Positive, outgoing, and confident communicators Eager to learn and grow into leadership roles Goal-oriented and self-motivated Reliable, professional, and team-focused Comfortable working directly with customers Looking for a long-term career opportunity rather than just a job
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is helpful but not necessary Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Must be able to reliably commute to the Atlanta, GA area No prior leadership experience? No problem. We provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the tools you need to develop your skills and grow your career.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
