Business Development & Sales Representative

Job Overview Harper Special Services is a property restoration company built on accountability, urgency, and genuine care for the people we serve. We are growing — and we are looking for the right person to grow with us. This is not a desk job. We need someone who thrives face to face, builds real relationships over time, and treats their territory like their own business. Perform in Year 1, and you will have the opportunity to step into a Sales & Marketing Manager role, build your own team, and lead our growth strategy. What You'll Do Build a referral route calling on plumbers, insurance agents, property managers, and facility managers across your territory. Show up consistently — face-to-face visits, drop-ins, and scheduled meetings on a regular call cycle. Become the person your referral partners call first when a loss happens. Track all activity in our CRM and report weekly — accountability is non-negotiable here. Convert relationships into booked restoration jobs and earn commission on the revenue you generate. Document what works so that when the time comes, you can train the next rep. Who We're Looking For You are a Connector AND a Hunter.

What We Need From You 2+ years in outside sales, territory management, or relationship-based business development. A track record of building referral relationships from cold — not just managing accounts you inherited. Experience calling on trade contractors, insurance professionals, or property managers is a strong plus. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record — you'll be in the field daily.
