In-Person Compensation:

What You'll Be Doing:

Guide individuals approaching Medicare eligibility. Listen and assess their needs to help them understand their plan options Provide education and guidance—not pressure Assist clients in completing enrollment forms Keep accurate records in our CRM system Collaborate with a supportive, mission-driven team Your work directly supports seniors during an important life transition, and clients genuinely value your help.

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience in a customer service, account management, sales or client-facing role. Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Strong communication skills and a desire to help others Comfortable working with computers and web-based tools Able to obtain a Georgia Life & Health Insurance License within 14 days of hire We cover licensing fees and provide full training. Must pass a background check as required by the GA Department of Insurance.
