Job Description

Job Summary Full-Time, commission-based role. We are a growing tiny home manufacturing company seeking a motivated, self-driven Sales Representative to promote and sell our tiny homes across the Eastern United States. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about alternative housing solutions. The Sales Representative will travel to events, dealerships, model homes, and customer meetings to generate leads, educate buyers, and close sales. Responsibilities Travel throughout assigned Eastern U.S. territory to promote and sell tiny homes. Represent the company at open houses, trade shows, festivals, and industry events. Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable models and options. Educate customers on features, customization options, pricing ranges, and the buying process. Generate and follow up on leads through in-person meetings, phone calls and email. Build and maintain strong relationships with customer, partners and dealers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff from sale to production. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and customer notes. Stay informed on industry trends, zoning considerations, and competitive products. Q ualifications Proven experience in sales (housing, RV, construction, or high-ticket sales preferred). Comfortable with required 80% travel and overnight stays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, organized and able to manage time independently. Confident presenting products and closing sales in person. Excellent computer skills (email, spreadsheets and sales systems). Valid driver's license. Preferred Experience Tiny home, modular home, RV or real estate sales experience. Knowledge of financing options or custom-order sales. Compensation & Benefits Competitive commission structure (details provided during interview). Optional base salary or draw (depending on experience). Travel expenses reimbursement.
