Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Install Technician and Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the frontline expert responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of products for motorcycles, while also actively engaging with customers to promote and sell our sound system and custom product. Your energetic approach will ensure clients receive top-tier service, from initial consultation through installation and ongoing support. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine technical expertise with sales acumen, making a tangible impact on our clients' safety and security. Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot installations. Perform service tasks such as cabling, low voltage wiring, electrical connections, and configuration. Engage with customers to identify their needs, demonstrate product features, and promote products effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of installations and service reports. Conduct routine maintenance checks and provide troubleshooting support. Collaborate with team members on installation projects. Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools for installation purposes. Excellent communication skills to explain technical details clearly while engaging in sales conversations with clients. Organized, detail oriented, fast learner, and team player.
