Job Summary Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, financing options, and upselling opportunities to maximize dealership revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure optimal vehicle availability and presentation Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales record Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up Requirements Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of the sales process desired but not required. We will train the right person. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking abilities Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently Knowledge of CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math is preferred Demonstrated ability in negotiation, upselling, and high-end sales techniques Experience with dealership operations, inventory control, and automotive marketing is advantageous Outbound sales experience such as cold calling is a plus Ability to work independently while supporting team goals in a fast-paced environment
