Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Granite Countertops Sales Representative, where your enthusiasm and expertise will drive customer satisfaction and business growth. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for clients seeking high-quality granite countertops, guiding them through the selection process, providing detailed product knowledge, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. Your energy and proactive approach will help turn customer visions into stunning realities, contributing to our reputation for excellence in custom stone surfaces. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills within a vibrant, fast-paced environment dedicated to craftsmanship and customer service. We pay Base salary plus commissions Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable granite countertop options based on style, durability, and budget. Provide detailed product information, including fabrication processes, installation procedures, and maintenance tips. Assist clients in selecting slabs by interpreting schematics, shop drawings , and design plans to ensure accurate customization. Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure timely processing of orders and quality standards are met. Collaborate with construction management teams to facilitate smooth installation schedules and address any site-specific requirements such as plumbing or electrical considerations. Conduct site visits for measurements, inspections, and quality assurance during the installation process. Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project specifications using Bluebeam or similar construction management tools. Skills Strong knowledge of construction concepts including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction site experience. Familiarity with fabrication techniques for stone surfaces and related trades such as carpentry, masonry, or tile laying. Experience with construction estimating, inspection, or project management is highly desirable. Ability to read technical drawings related to plumbing, electrical systems, or structural framing as they pertain to countertop installation.
