Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify new business opportunities within assigned territories. Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build a robust pipeline of potential clients. Present product demos and technical solutions tailored to client needs, highlighting value propositions effectively. Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update client information, and analyze sales data for insights. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and lead conversion. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Support inside sales efforts through follow-up communications, product information sharing, and order processing. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on territory management. Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple accounts and territories effectively. Expertise in business development techniques including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales pipelines. Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to upselling and closing deals. Ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical presentations confidently. Solid analysis skills for evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to foster lasting client relationships. Knowledge of marketing strategies that support territory growth and brand positioning. Experience in retail or technology environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
