Job Description

Car Buyer USA is an online car buying company. Our service to the public is a safe and easy way to sell your car. We do not retail vehicles and our relationship with the consumer is exclusively digital. Our office in Woodstock GA is where our team contacts and builds relationships with customers who have opted into our service through our website www.carbuyerusa.com. Our job is to guide the consumer through the selling process. We build rapport, qualify, set and manage expectations, and ultimately purchase their vehicle. Our business model allows us to operate nationally and our service is available throughout the United States. We are seeking individuals who are confident, driven and task oriented. This position's daily tasks include, calling, texting, and emailing both internally and externally. Throughout the work day we are creating new relationships as well as managing existing contacts. During this customer relationship management you are expected to remain organized as this job requires data entry and an ability to prioritize tasks. Our most successful people are great communicators who maintain consistent effort. On an average work day our representatives may speak with over one hundred people, and this requires both quickness and focus. Experience is great, however, we are open to individuals who are friendly and driven, with an insatiable desire to learn. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone calls, text messages, and email Build trust and positive relationships with customers looking to sell their vehicles Qualify leads, verify vehicle details, and manage expectations Accurately enter and track customer data in the CRM system Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining organization and professionalism Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth transactions and great service Communicate clearly and efficiently in a high-volume environment (100+ contacts per day) What We're Looking For Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Organized and able to manage time effectively Quick thinker who can handle multiple conversations at once Positive, coachable, and goal-driven personality Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is a plus — but we'll train motivated candidates!
