As a Residential Roofing Sales Consultant, you will convert warm leads into valuable projects, with each successful sale contributing to our donations for children facing cancer. If you are an accomplished sales professional seeking a role where your achievements create positive impact, this position offers the potential to earn $150,000-$250,000+ annually in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting. This is a full-time, all-commission role with training pay provided-no prior roofing experience is necessary. We prioritize your demonstrated sales expertise from any industry. What You'll Do Meet with warm leads through in-person consultations, finalizing agreements that safeguard homes. Perform video roof inspections (including climbing ladders and accessing attics). Implement effective follow-up strategies to foster relationships and secure sales. Work collaboratively to achieve and surpass team goals, exchanging insights and approaches.
