Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing rapport and understanding their needs. Demonstrate mobile devices and accessories confidently, highlighting features and benefits to encourage purchases. Assist customers with product selection, upselling additional services or accessories to enhance their experience. Manage cash handling procedures accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cashiering and transaction processing. Maintain well-stocked shelves by merchandising products effectively and performing regular stocking duties. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally and resolving issues promptly. Support store operations by performing basic retail math for transactions, handling cash securely, and ensuring the store's appearance is inviting. Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with strong customer service skills. Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols. Ability to demonstrate products confidently and conduct engaging product demos. Excellent phone etiquette for communicating clearly over the phone or via digital channels. Strong merchandising skills to create attractive displays and organize stock efficiently. Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in growth opportunities within the team. Effective communication skills combined with active listening to understand customer needs thoroughly. Pay:

$12.00 - $14.50 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 per week
